Charvel and Angel Vivaldi combine forces to present the six-string version of the Signature Pro-Mod Nova. While it's lost a string, the DK24-6 bears all same undeniably luxurious hallmarks as the 7-string. So the neck has been finished with the same custom profile, compound fretboard radius and set of 24 jumbo frets to support virtuoso licks and tight riffs. The neck is also a touch more stable than average, since it's been hewn from a slice of caramelised maple, and the unique design and layout of the cascading dot position markers and Luminlay side dots are a more than satisfying finishing touch.

The Pro-Mod DK24-6: Universal Language

To faithfully translate the naturally full, mid-rich tone of the basswood body, Angle Vivaldi has personally picked out a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers. So, we're treated to the same versatile tone as the 7-string version via the Tone Zone mounted at the bridge, the Air Norton at the neck and a five-way selector switch. Smooth, stable and accurate note bends can be performed with the tremolo arm of the fitted Gotoh Custom 510 bridge, while the extra-large Graph Tech TUSQ nut ensures firm tuning and intonation. As befits a deluxe signature model, the Pro-Mod DK24-6 electric guitar has been polished off with gold-plated hardware.
